Grief & Loss

“Grief is like the ocean, it comes on waves ebbing and flowing. Sometimes the water is calm, and sometimes it is overwhelming. All we can do is learn to swim."~ Vickie Harrison.

Death can enter our lives when we least expect it, taking ones dear and close to us. It can flip our world upside down, throwing us high into the clouds while our minds plunge deep into the darkest of places.

When we find ourselves deep in the grips of grief or fleeing far away in denial we begin to lose ourselves searching for things most familiar that no longer seem to be there...

If you find yourself lost and looking to find your way but don't know where to start, reaching out to someone is the first step in the right direction and the beginning to the healing process.
