Individual sessions are scheduled as hourly (50 min) sessions. Time between sessions may vary and are determined upon individual need. Most appointments may be scheduled no more than once per week and may become less frequent as therapy progresses. A variety of techniques may be utilized during therapy. Together, we figure out what works best for you.

Group therapy sessions may be offered on a weekly basis. Each group may have up to 6 to 8 members. Groups may meet weekly up to 6 to 8 weeks depending on group. Groups are subject to interest and must meet the minimum number of group members before group may begin. For some individuals, group therapy offers additional peer support and assistance. Some clients may find it helpful or at times empowering to be a part of a group and find others they may relate to when dealing with a particular issue or challenge. Group topics may include support, self-care, grief and loss, etc.
